​At this Machik Kora, we were delighted to host a conversation on the role of art in the time of the pandemic and  highlight the stupendous series titled Evolution | Tibetan Women by the artist Sonam Yeshi. Sonam was raised in a Tibetan community in India and began painting and drawing from a young age while being surrounded by traditional Tibetan craftsmen. Through this Kora, we delved deeper into the art-making process of the series and discussed ways we can be collectively emerging in today's time, with art and community standing by our sides.
